INTRODUCTION
You may be wondering why the Caption “Real Estate investment, Investors must Investment”, the answer will not be far fetched as we progresses in the course of this seminar.
Referring back to history in the Feudal Economic System, Landowners where Lords, i.e. landlords, because the feudal lord have the means and might to possess the land, therefore at this time, landownership or landowners right were possessive, that is the his title to the land was base on the concept of possessive right. However in the course of time, the idea of ownership grew with an advancing industrial and capitalist economy, therefore the right of possession changed into the night of ownership which we know today. And so it has been due of the important attached to the real thing (“Land”) Ethnic grow Communities and indeed Nation fight for supremacy and control of land.
Amongst the hierarchy of human needs, shelter is top most; therefore people strive for it, even from among the peasant Empirical fact are well established that the earth has remained its size no matter how hard human tries to convert water to land which in the long run affect ecological stability, for water must reclaim its land even if it has to be in other places. It has also been proven that the world population is growing at an increasing rate day after day. you may recall that the current population of Nigerians stands at 140 million, this means that shelter is required by 140 million Nigerian, you can imagine the monetary implication of providing shelter (for just 2000 people which might be higher than that because of the increase in demand as a result of population increase) your guess is as good as mine in what you will being realizing in monetary term in proving this services. Therefore providing this service to those in needs at affordable rate will go in a long way to improve the wellbeing of the individual involved providing this service entails, investing in real Estate, therefore you are a Real Estate investor. The benefits of Real Estate investment will be discussed as we progress in the cause of this discussion.
Real Estate investment is one of the most secured investments since time Immemorial, for the value of investment always appreciate, and has never been affected by inflationary rate as it is in other investment, it is the investment sector that the law of demand and supply has stand the test of time, buyer must always go for it, all things been equal.
There is no need for analysis at this stage; this will be done in later part of this discussion.
Investment priority and importance in Real Estate investment will not be over emphasized, as the saying goes “a trial will convince you” therefore don’t delay a minute further before investing in Real Estate; it is a must for all no matter the level of income, this you will realize in the cause of this discussion.
Be warned, if making money is not what you want, please don’t invest in Real Estate, for it will make you a millionaire in the shortest possible time.
